This is a great low carb and keto-friendly lasagna that ditches the noodles, but still tastes delicious!!
I love taking classic comfort foods and making them keto-friendly. With a few substitutions, these dishes can easily fit a low carb, keto, and gluten-free diet. The best part is that they turn out just as flavourful as the real thing!
What you will need
8 by 8-inch glass pan.
Serves 2 people
Lasagna Ingredients
2 cups marinara sauce of your choice. I used Rao’s pasta sauce because it is low in carbs
2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of chopped spinach
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 tbs chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian spice
30 to 35 slices of jumbo deli sliced pepperoni
1 to 2 low carb wraps, cut into 4 slices

Chicken/ Meat Ingredients
Please note: You can use any type of meat including turkey, beef, pork or chicken.
2 tps olive oil
1 pound of chopped chicken tenderloins
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 black pepper
1/2 medium green pepper sliced
Bake with foil paper on for 25 mins and without for 5 mins at 400 degrees
