Everyone knows that if your kid doesn’t eat vegetables or fruits, you hide them in all sorts of creative ways, one of which is done in smoothies.
Ingredients
1 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup sliced brussels sprouts
